About Cooperative Preschools
How a Co-Op is Managed
Cooperative preschools, or "Co-ops" are run by its parents, all of whom serve on the Executive Board or in other administrative positions, and by the Educational Director.
By serving in administrative positions, participating in daily classroom activities and volunteering for school fund-raisers, parents have the unique opportunity to observe their child's daily interactions, recognize their accomplishments at school and develop a relationship with the teacher.
